This premier custom lodge-style home is located just moments from downtown Breckenridge yet offers the seclusion of a true mountain getaway.
The large greatroom with 22' ceiling features a wall of windows and a large rock fireplace. The deck off the open dining area is a perfect place to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.
The secluded outdoor hot tub is a great private retreat after a day of hiking or skiing or a relaxing place to share quiet moments under the stars. The home is finished with wood floors, granite and travertine countertops and slate entry.
The gourmet kitchen, finished with granite countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Thermador double-oven, and gas cooktop will leave the chef with nothing to be desired.

Red Mountain Lodge has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 living areas (with TV & VCR), and a loft. The Lodge has 5 levels. Each level is 1/2 a flight of stairs from the next. Starting from the Bottom:
Level 1): The first level (or the garden level) has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a family-room with TV, VCR, wet bar, mini-fridge, and microwave. Bedroom #1 is equipped with a queen bed. Bedroom #2, or the bunk room, has 2 bunk beds with twin top and full bottom. The family room has a queen-size sofa sleeper.
Level 2): This level contains the entry foyer, garage, mudroom and laundry room. The large capacity front-loading Washer & Dryer located under a slab-granite folding counter will handle all the families laundry needs. The ping-pong table and dart- board are located in the heated garage. This is a great place for kids (both big and little) to have fun without disturbing others.
Level 3): This level contains the open great room, gourmet kitchen and dining room. The deck is off the dining room and has the grill. This level also has a powder room. You can also access the outdoor Hot Tub located privately behind the house from this level. The seclusion offered by this property makes star-gazing from the Hot Tub a real treat. Meteor Showers are awesome here!
Level 4): This level contains the Master Suite. The bedroom has a king bed and the travertine bathroom with heated floors and mirror has dual sinks, dual headed shower, and a jetted tub that fits two comfortably.
Level 5): This level has a loft that overlooks the great room. Also the 4th bedroom is on this level along with another bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has a sitting area, queen-size murphy-bed and a computer work station - great for setting up your personal laptop.
In addition to these sleeping arrangements, the lodge also has an "Aero-Bed" that can be used in either of the living areas, loft, or Master Bedroom as your situation requires.
The Home is also stocked with the local Hiking, Mountain Biking & Fishing Books.
